As our nation continues to expand and upgrade the transportation infrastructure, HRI has expanded to be an integral part of this development. At HRI, we have the ability to complete major projects consisting of the reconstruction of interstates and local streets that require improvement as well as new construction and Heavy Civil works. Competencies include Mass Excavation, Grading, Paving (HMA and Concrete), Drainage, Bridges and Structures. We have the ability to mobilize manpower and equipment within the Mid-Atlantic Region at a short notice to successfully complete these projects.

Our teams are staffed with well-trained project managers, superintendents and craftspeople, which enable us to confidently tackle any project regardless of size or difficulty.
