Bloomsburg Emulsion Terminal
                 
In 2002, HRI built an emulsion terminal near the Bloomsburg HMA plant and region office.  This facility is comprised of three 30,000 gallon tanks and one 8,000 gallon tank.  This strategic storage reserve allows HRI to have a variety of emulsions on hand when needed.

AET (tack coat)
CRS-2 or CRS-2PM (surface treatment applications)
MC- 70 (dust oil)
