Internships
Since its inception, the HRI Internship Program has proven to be mutually beneficial to both the company and college students interested in a construction industry career. The hands-on working environment at HRI provides interns the opportunity to apply their academic training to real-world projects while gaining practical and valuable industry experience. The knowledge, skills, and perspective gained through the internship provide participants a competitive advantage when they are ready to begin their post-graduation career search. HRI has been fortunate to have worked with a number of talented individuals through this program, many of whom have gone on to become hard working, dedicated permanent employees.
